The event saw twenty startups working their way up during twenty-five hours of intense training, from which the Top 10 were selected to integrate the programme. Hosted by Climate-KIC in Malmö, the Accelerator Spring Intake Boot Camp is a yearly event designed to attract startups from the nordic countries with innovative and positive environmental impact solutions. The selection criteria cover innovativeness, feasibility, team composition, climate impact, scaleability and long-term perspectives, in which Mycorena surely proved fitting.

EIT Climate-KIC, a European knowledge and innovation community, works to improve innovation towards zero-carbon economies with a positive impact on fighting climate change. This community is supported by the European Institute of Innovation and Technology and seeks to support wealth opportunities that align with a “decarbonization” of the current economy.
